This document defines the rules for the use of marks and trademarks of the ARLEN Group, in particular verbal and verbal-graphic signs, the owner of which and the legal entity entitled to its protection is ARLEN s. a., located in Warsaw, Branicka str., 17, 02-972 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs in the District Court of Warsaw. Warsaw, XII Economic Division of the National Judicial Register, KRS # 0000125086, TIN 526-10-39-877, REGON 011346610, authorized capital: 2.213.300 PLN (paid in full) (hereinafter referred to as the “company”).
Designations that are registered trademarks (or remain protected under the provisions on combating unfair competition, as well as on copyright and related rights), in particular, are marks registered with the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland: verbal and graphic sign ARLEN (exclusive right number R. 377979), verbal sign Arlen (exclusive right number R. 353243), verbal and graphic sign ARLEN s. a. (exclusive right number R. 157190), salute (exclusive right number R. 239653) (hereinafter: “sign”, “signs”).
Any use of the specified designations it is not allowed without the prior written consent of the company .
ARLEN Group designations can only be used in accordance with their intended purpose, aesthetics and reputation of the group.
The use of the marks is permitted only

Any materials that use the sign (printed or digital) must preserve its graphic and color integrity in accordance with the ARLEN Group visual identification instructions (if available). You can’t crop, deform, change proportions, colors, or add any graphic effects.
Third parties who wish to use the sign must obtain written consent from Arlen s. a. in advance by sending a corresponding application to mailowy:arlen@arlen.com.pl or to the address: Branicka str., 17, 02-972 Warsaw. The application must contain:
